When an approved buyer is found for your home, I refer the buyer to a separate agent on my team, because I focus on whomever hired me first. By doing this, both sellers and buyers are much more comfortable. 

Are You a candidate for a "Short Sale"? Sometimes there are hardships beyond our control. Losing a job, high medical bills or a death in the family, can make it impossible to continue the house payments. Reasons such as these coupled with the market price of your home may make you feel helpless. If you need to sell your home in this downward trended market and have a hardship beyond your control, there is still hope. The best part is a "Short Sale" will prevent a foreclosure and keep your credit rating intact for a future mortgage. (A Foreclosure damages your credit for several years). Should you need assistance, my team can help you through it. **Be wise and don't procrastinate. Always try to work things out with your mortgage company, first. They will probably work with you, IF you don't wait and call before the due date of the next payment.**
