I had not previously worked with or known Kerry in the past and by luck of the draw he answered the phone when I called to inquire about a home I had driven by. Even though I ended up buying a completely different home, if it were not for me being lucky that day, I can honestly say, I never would have gotten the house that I did. Kerry went above and beyond the scope of his duties for me on a consistent basis. I am a very persistent, "a get things done now" type of person and Kerry never complained even though I think I bugged him every single day. There were plenty of days that I can remember him meeting me at the office late at night to take care of business or meeting me at the home to let an inspector in or some other detail.
